Join the Kingston Dodge Team as a Parts Advisor!
The Parts Advisor creates a positive first impression while guiding both customers and technicians in selecting the correct parts. With attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, the Parts Advisor delivers a tailored service experience and works to build long-lasting relationships.
The successful candidate will have experience with automotive software, parts expertise, strong customer relationship skills, attention to detail, and industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and concerns
- Provide personalized service and resolve concerns to maintain high satisfaction
- Accurately identify parts needs and diagnose requirements using the PBS computer system
- Advise customers on repair, maintenance, and costs, and manage part deliveries
- Respond to phone inquiries and maintain accurate inventory data
- Stay updated on training, promotions, and new products
- Consistently provide excellent customer service and develop new business
- Keep up to date with products and pricing
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer and organizational abilities
- Adaptable, reliable, and results-driven with strong attention to detail
- Previous automotive dealership experience and experience with PBS is considered an asset

Salary: $53,000 – $60,000 based on experience

- Chrysler Factory Training is a plus, but not required
