Used Car Buyer & Analyst

Kingston Dodge Chrysler just keeps growing! We are currently hiring for a Used Vehicle Buyer and Analyst. Our ideal candidate is a motivated, self-started with exceptional communication skills. Organization, attention to detail, and computer literacy are crucial skills that they must possess. Flexibility with their schedule is required to cover evenings and weekends as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

* Purchase used vehicles from various sources to maintain acceptable inventory levels

* Perform professional appraisals of customer vehicles

* Ensure competitive pricing to generate swift turnover of inventory

* Arrange vehicle reconditioning and lot tidiness

* Monitor online inventory to ensure it is accurate and current

Valid class G driver's license with clean driver's abstract is required

Post-Secondary Education an asset.

Automotive Service Technician

Automotive Service Technician Needed!

The Kingston Dodge Chrysler Jeep Service Department is looking for an exceptional Licensed Automotive Technician.  

We offer an excellent compensation plan, a comprehensive benefit package, profit sharing, ongoing manufacturer training and a positive, clean work environment.  We have the most up to date equipment and diagnostic tools to assist in repairing vehicles.  

We are looking for:

-         Automotive Service Technician Trade Certificate (310S)

-         Strong aptitude of mechanical repair

-         Good Computer skills

-         Attention to detail is a must

-         Chrysler Factory Training is an asset

-         Ability to work as part of a high performance team

-         Positive Attitude with a drive to succeed

 

Duties will include:

-         Diagnosis and repair on customer vehicles

-         Perform scheduled maintenance services

-         Inform Advisors of worked performed, general vehicle condition and future recommended repairs/services

-         Perform Safety Inspections and repairs on Dealership Inventory

 

Excellent oral and written communication required.

Auto Body Shop Hand / Apprentice

Fix Auto Kingston is hiring a shop hand!

Are you currently enrolled in a Collision Repair Technician course at trade school but looking to advance your apprenticeship and career?

Fix Auto Kingston is a well established professional collision repair facility located in Kingston, ON. We can provide you with a great work environment while you learn your trade and can offer opportunities for advancement. We are always looked to hire motivated and talented individuals that want to help us exceed our customers expectations.

Hours are 8:00am- 5:00pm Monday-Friday. Weekends off!

Our  Apprentice Technicians are primarily responsible for
  • Reviewing estimates
  • Dismantling vehicles and diagnosing visual and internal damage
  • Repairing and replacing parts
  • Reassembling vehicles
  • Maintaining shop equipment and facility
  • Assisting other auto body technicians as required
  • To maintain high quality of levels while working in a productive and effective manner.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada

Quick Lube Technician

The Lube Technician inspects vehicles and conducts minor repairs and preventative maintenance services to customer vehicles in a timely manner. He or she will be responsible for complete chassis lubrication, oil and oil filter changes, and the inspection of all vehicle fluid levels, air and cabin air filtration devices, belts, batteries and other wear items and for reporting on the status of such components to the Service Advisor in a timely fashion. The Lube Technician will also identify concerns such as leaks, severe wear issues and other observed defects. He or she will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe work area before, during and after vehicle servicing and restocking supplies. Other duties will be assigned as necessary.

High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent. Lube Technician experience an asset. Professional demeanor. Efficient problem solving skills. Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications. Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment. Ability to work individually and as part of a team. High level of integrity and work ethic. Must possess a valid driver's license. Experience with customer service preferred. Is able to effectively communicate automotive issues clearly. Is able to work independently, managing his or her time and work flow. AUTOBODY REPAIR TECHNICIAN

Requirements:

  • Licensed Technician Preferred 
  • Ability to repair damage to vehicle body panels
  • Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components and vehicle accessories
  • Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle
  • Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle
  • Use frame equipment- training provided if needed
