Tops in customer service! After attempting to change a license plate bulb on a Promaster City (how hard can it be, right...) & loosing 2 bulbs over the socket & into the door cavity itself I gave up & went to Kingston Dodge at 4:00 pm on a Friday of a long weekend. The servce advisors were very accomodating, & soon a young gentleman named Zac had both bulbs changed, without even laughing at my fiasco. To top it all off, they would not charge me for the bulbs or the time to replace them. Should have gone to the dealership the 1st time around...

Picked up my third Dodge Grand Caravan yesterday! Thanks to Bryan and Trevor for everything! I went for a test drive last week, paperwork was a breeze and the keys were in my hand less than a week later.

Very pleasant no nonsense buying experience with Bryan & staff.

After a terrible interaction with another dealer, I decided to bring my ram 1500 in for a recall and warranty work. Dropped the truck off at 8am and by 9:30 they contact telling me they had diagnosed my truck for the Thermostat and fixed the recall. The Thermostat was covered under warranty and also sent pictures off to see if the rusting bumper was cover under warranty, the Thermostat was an over night part and they had my truck ready to go buy the end of the next day despite a malfunctioning hoist.

We purchased our car last month at Kingstondodge. Special thanks to Bryan for his exceptional service. From the beginning Bryan was very kind, ready to explain every detail, and always available to help, going so far as to assist us during his time off to resolve a small issue we had with our application. Just wanted to write a quick review regarding the service team specifically Roxanne and Mackenzie. A few weeks ago my vehicle was giving us problems on our way into town, I gave them a heads up that we would be dropping it off and if they had time to check it out. Without hesitation they were able to fit us in without an appointment and the issue was fixed the same day. Although I was not expecting them to fit us in the same day its nice to see that they put the effort to do so. This was hugely appreciated and the impact of the situation of being down a vehicle was minimal. I've always had great service from this team. 10/10! Thanks again ;-)

This is my second Jeep Gladiator from Kingston Dodge, Chris called me up to talk about trading in, I was bit hesitant because I love my Jeep and really it's still in great condition. But after test driving this Jeep Gladiator Rubicon I was curious to see what my options were.
